General or emergency information needs: Any team member can and will help. A holding time may be needed to accomplish this for you. Upon request, we can call you back or e-mail you back, as soon as humanly possible, instead.

Non-emergency medical questions: A member of our staff will take a message, and your call will be returned by a member of our Nursing Team within 24 working hours.

I need to talk to/have a time-edited video* watched by/get an e-mail back from, a specific Doctor or a specific Nurse: 

Our Doctors and Nurses see patients all day, from start to close, 9am-7pm. Currently, we also field hundreds of phone calls, emails, and videos every single working day. If you feel that no one other than a specific Doctor can answer your questions, a Nurse will collect your information, and a Doctor will return your call during her end-of-day call time before 9pm, within 48 weekday hours. Nurses will continue to return all other calls and e-mails before 7pm, within 36 weekday hours. *All videos must be edited to less than 2 minutes in length.
