Everyone will remember our former respected colleague, Dr. Mary Papacek, who was an associate veterinarian with us at Knollwood.  You'll be pleased to know that Dr. Papacek has regained her health and is now practicing relief medicine in the Chicagoland area.  Dr. Papecek gives us "preferred" status when accepting relief veterinary postings, so that our clients will have a familiar Doctor whenever Dr. Mitchell isn't available.

Dr. Mary Papacek earned her degree in veterinary medicine from the University of Minnesota. Originally from Wisconsin, Dr. Papacek moved to the Chicago area after graduation.  She currently shares her heart and home with her two Australian Shepherds, Matilda and Heidi. 

Dr. Papacek remembers her old clients fondly and is looking forward to seeing each and every one of your pet's cute 'lil cuddly faces when she is here.  She will be practicing as our relief veterinarian at least once a month through the end of the year, when Dr. Mitchell is lecturing at or attending continuing education seminars.  Dr. Papacek will also be available for the advanced dental procedures she has a special interest in, when clients have a need.  We look forward to working with Dr. P again, on this as-needed relief basis!
